End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Quote Nudge QB, provided by Green & Home Limited (trading as MCP-G). Last updated 2026.

1. Licence

Subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service, Green & Home Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Quote Nudge QB for your own business purposes for the duration of your subscription.

2. Connection to QuickBooks

When you connect your Intuit QuickBooks Online company, you authorise Quote Nudge QB to read your estimates and customer contact details and to update an estimate's status when your customer accepts it. We access only what is needed to provide the service and never modify invoices, payments, banking or payroll data. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting from your dashboard or from within Intuit.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the service;
• reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law;
• use the service to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited bulk email; or
• use the service in breach of Intuit's, Stripe's or Resend's terms.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of your data and your customers' data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and each account is isolated at the database layer.

5. Intellectual property

Quote Nudge QB, its software and branding remain the property of Green & Home Limited. QuickBooks and the QuickBooks logo are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc.; Quote Nudge QB is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

6. Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green & Home Limited's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach this EULA or when your subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the service; your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law & contact
