Who we are

Quote Nudge QB is operated by Green & Home Limited (trading as MCP-G), registered in England & Wales, Company No. 04204020, Registered Office: Belfry House, Bell Lane, Hertford, SG14 1BP. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us any time at hello@mcp-g.com.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, business name and email address.
• QuickBooks data — with your authorisation, we read your estimates and customer names/emails, and update an estimate's status when your customer accepts it. We do not access invoices, payments, banking or payroll.
• Usage data — reminder activity and acceptance events, so you can see your funnel and we can operate the service.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: syncing your estimates, sending the follow-up reminders you configure, hosting the acceptance page, and showing you your dashboard. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, ever.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Each account's data is isolated at the database layer. Payment deposits are handled by Stripe and go directly to your own Stripe account — we never hold your funds or store card details.

Sub-processors

We rely on Intuit (QuickBooks), Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery) to run the service. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — disconnect QuickBooks from your dashboard to revoke our access immediately, or email hello@mcp-g.com for a full export or deletion. Under UK GDPR you may also complain to the ICO.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure, except where we must retain records to meet legal obligations.
