Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Green & Home Limited for use of Quote Nudge QB. Last updated 2026.

1. The service

Quote Nudge QB connects to your QuickBooks Online account to send automated follow-ups on unaccepted estimates, host a branded acceptance page, and optionally collect deposits via your own Stripe account. It is provided by Green & Home Limited (Company No. 04204020).

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details and are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you're authorised to connect the QuickBooks company you link, and to send follow-up emails to the customers on your estimates.

3. Subscription & billing

• Plans start with a 14-day free trial; no card is required to begin.
• After the trial the service is £16.79/month unless cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited bulk email, or in any way that breaches Intuit's, Stripe's or Resend's terms. We may suspend accounts that do so.

5. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of the third-party services we integrate with.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect QuickBooks at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms. On termination your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law
