A reminder didn't send — why?

My estimates aren't syncing

Reminders land in spam

Verify your sending domain in Settings → Sender (DKIM). Emails sent from your own verified domain inherit your domain's reputation; unverified senders are the number one cause of spam-foldering.

Can I stop chasing one particular estimate?

Yes — change its status in QuickBooks (reject or close it), or mark it accepted if the customer confirmed another way. Any non-Pending status stops the chase on the next sync, usually within seconds.

What exactly can Quote Nudge QB do in my QuickBooks?

We request the accounting scope and use it narrowly: read estimates, read customer names/emails, and update an estimate's status (to Accepted, with the signer's name) when your customer accepts. We never touch invoices, payments, banking, payroll or anything else, and we never email anyone except the customers on your Pending estimates.
